Cancelling and taking your site with you

Cancelling

• Monthly: you can cancel effective at the end of the month.

• Yearly: you need to cancel at least a month before the renewal date; otherwise your subscription renews for another year.

As the owner, you cancel it yourself. In app.kintsu.be, go to your organization's settings and click Cancel subscription under your subscription. Until the end of the period, you can still withdraw the cancellation. Stuck? Email us at contact@kintsu.be.

What happens

Your site stays online until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your organization moves to the free version, at a Kintsu web address.

What you take with you

• Your content: your texts, images, data and submissions are always yours.

• Your domain: it's in your own name, with your own provider.

• Your site: as files. You can take the design with you after twelve paid months.
