Form submissions
Who gets an email when someone fills in your form, and where to find all the messages.
When someone fills in a form on your site, such as a contact or quote form, the message arrives in two places:
in your inbox, at the addresses you choose;
in the Site App, under Submissions, with everything the visitor filled in and the files they attached.
Who gets the email
For each form, you choose the recipients in the Site App under Settings, in Recipients of the forms. That's also where you set up the Confirmation to the visitor, with your own text. If you reply to the notification email for a submission, your reply goes to the visitor.
Spam
Kintsu blocks most spam, without making your visitors solve puzzles.
Keeping and deleting
Submissions are personal data: don't keep them longer than necessary. You can delete them under Submissions.
