We developed our own way of working and built our own platform. AI helps with the heavy lifting: reading your current site, carrying over your content, rewriting and translating texts. We take care of the design and check everything. What takes an agency weeks, we do in days. The build cost that remains is small, and we spread it over your subscription.

No. Every site gets a design of its own. We start from your sector, your texts, your logo and your colours, and work them into a design that suits your business. No two Kintsu sites are the same.

Two things, and we'd rather say them up front. We rebuild and improve what you have; we don't design a new brand or logo. And a new feature, such as an integration with your software, is an extension: you get a proposal with a price first. You can simply add an extra page or a new text yourself, or let AI suggest one.

No. We start from what's on your website today: your texts, your photos and your branding. That way your new site is ready quickly, without taking up much of your time. If you do have new texts or photos, we're happy to include them.

Yes. We ask you a few questions about your business and write your first texts with AI. You review and approve them. Read more about a website for a new business.

Almost always Kintsu: everything a small business website needs is included. Kintsu Studio is for those who want a hand in the design, or who work with their own designer or agency. You can always switch later. See pricing.

Because we only build sites we believe in. If your request doesn't match what we do well, such as a large online shop, we'd rather be honest with you.

Yes, and it's included in the price: Dutch, French and English. We carry over existing translations. If a language is missing, we translate your texts with AI, and you or a translator check them before they go live. A fourth language or more costs a small amount per language per month.

Yes. Each language gets its own address, such as /fr/tarifs, with links between the languages. That way Google can show every visitor the right language.

A fixed amount per month, with no setup fee. You pay monthly or yearly. It's all on the pricing page.

If you pay monthly, you can cancel effective at the end of the month. If you pay yearly, your subscription runs until the end of that year, and you need to cancel at least one month before the renewal date.

Let us know what you'd like changed, and you'll get a new version. If you still don't like it, that's where it ends: you owe us nothing.

Your content and your domain are always yours. If you leave, you get your site as files. You can take the design with you after twelve paid months. So you're never locked in.

On Kintsu, our own platform, on a server in the EU (Germany). Hosting, security and speed are built in, and there are no plug-ins that can break.

We carry them over: we make sure your tracking code and your ad landing pages keep working. If you work with a marketing agency, we coordinate with them beforehand. If you'd rather avoid cookies, you can also use Kintsu's analytics, which work without cookies.

That depends on what your site uses. Kintsu's analytics work without cookies. If you use Google Analytics or ads, you have to ask for consent, and Kintsu has a banner for that. You'll find more in our guide Is a cookie banner mandatory?

Yes. You can change texts, photos, what you offer or your opening hours yourself in the Site App. Your AI assistant can do it too. No time? Ask us by email. A new feature is an extension: you get a proposal first.

Every month, Kintsu suggests a new text: an article, a new page or a rewritten page, written with AI and translated. It only goes live once you say yes. Skipping a month is fine.
