Invite your team
Give colleagues access to your site, and what each role can do.
You can invite colleagues to work on your site with you. They get an email with a link and create their own account.
Inviting someone
On app.kintsu.be, go to your organization's settings, under Members.
Enter the email address and choose a role.
Your colleague gets an invitation by email.
The roles
Owner: everything, including the subscription, the invoices and who has access.
Admin: everything on the site, plus inviting members.
Editor: changing and publishing texts, photos and your data.
Member: viewing your sites and their history, without changing anything.
Designer: the design of your site. This role goes to someone from Kintsu or, with Kintsu Studio, to an agency or freelancer you invite. A designer always signs in with two-step verification.
You can remove someone in the same place. From then on, that person can no longer sign in to your organization.
