What you get

A site that's finished, and stays that way.

You don't pay for hours or separate extras. Everything a small business website needs is in the price.

Design and build

  • Your own design, matching your brand, not a template you'll see on ten other sites.
  • We build your site: we start from your current site, or from a few questions if you don't have one yet.
  • As many pages as you need, for your services, your team or your projects too.

Three languages

  • Dutch, French and English, each at its own address, so Google can find them.
  • AI translates, and you or we review it. Every new text is ready in all three languages straight away.
  • A fourth language or more? That's possible, for a small extra charge per language.

Hosting and domain

  • Hosting on a server in the EU, fast and with a secure connection (https).
  • Your own domain, in your name. We connect it, and your email keeps working.
  • Redirects from your old addresses, so you keep as much of your Google ranking as possible.

Maintenance

  • Updates and security are on us. No plug-ins to keep up with.
  • Backups of your site, and every update you publish can be rolled back.
  • Help by email when you're stuck, in Dutch, French or English.

Edit it yourself, or have it done

  • Texts and photos: change them yourself in a simple editor, the Site App.
  • Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) can do it too, if you want.
  • A new text every month: an article or a page, written with AI and translated. You approve it.

Forms and analytics

  • Forms that land in your inbox, with a confirmation for your visitor.
  • Analytics without cookies: see how many visitors you have and where they come from.
  • Easy to find on Google: titles, descriptions, a sitemap and structured data.

What the price doesn't include.

Better to be clear now than to surprise you later.

An extra language costs €5 a month, excl. VAT.

  • Your domain name: you buy it yourself, from a provider of your choice, for about €10 a year. We help you connect it.
  • A fourth language or more costs a small amount per language per month.
  • Custom work, such as an integration with your software: you get a proposal with a price first.
  • An online shop and email hosting aren't included. Your email stays with your current provider.

Paying and cancelling

No small print.

  • Yearly or monthly. Paying yearly costs less; paying monthly, you can cancel effective at the end of the month.
  • You only pay once you say yes and your site goes live. The preview is free.
  • Excluding VAT. Prices exclude VAT; 21% is added on your invoice. If you can't reclaim VAT, go by the price including VAT.
  • Your content and your domain are always yours. If you leave, you get your site as files. You can take the design with you after twelve paid months.

Questions about the price

What you'll want to know before you sign up.

Why is there no setup fee?

Because we build your site with our own tools and AI, building it takes us less time. The cost that remains is spread over your subscription. That way you see your new site first, and only pay once it's live.

Are there any other costs?

You buy your domain name yourself, from a provider of your choice, for about €10 a year; we help you connect it. A new feature or an integration with your software is an extension: you get a proposal with a price first.

What if I stop after a few months?

If you pay monthly, you can cancel effective at the end of the month. Your content and your domain are always yours, and you get your site as files. You can take the design with you after twelve paid months.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, whenever you like. From Kintsu to Kintsu Studio and back, and from monthly to yearly.

Why are prices shown excluding VAT?

Kintsu is for businesses, and between businesses, prices are normally quoted excluding VAT. 21% is added on your invoice. If you can't reclaim VAT, as is the case for some professionals and non-profits, go by the price including VAT.
